Planning Proposal (Rezoning) Pre-Lodgement Meeting Form

Camden Council’s Planning Proposal Pre-Lodgement service provides an opportunity for Council staff to discuss and give preliminary advice on a proposed planning proposal. Formal correspondence is then provided outlining any issues which need to be addressed prior to lodgement of Planning Proposal application.

This application requires a completed form, relevant supporting information and payment of a $1595 pre-lodgement application fee. 

Payment can be made by credit card (Council's Customer Relations Team will telephone you to obtain your credit card payment) or by cheque made payable to: Camden Council.
