Council meetings will be held in the Council Chambers from 9 March 2021.
All meetings will be held in accordance with current NSW Health COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions. All attendees will be required to check-in via the Services NSW QR code, practice social distancing and follow advice from Council staff.
Due to social distancing measures, there will be limited seating available in our public gallery. Any member of the public wishing to attend any Council meeting is strongly encouraged to pre-register by 5pm on the day of the meeting.
Meetings are considered to be open to the public if the meeting is being webcast. Council meetings will continue to be live streamed here.
If you require any further information, please contact Samantha Sharkey, Director Customer and Corporate Strategy on 4645 5031 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Ordinary Council Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month commencing at 6.30pm.
After each Council meeting, the audio visual recording is checked by the webcasting provider and then indexed to allow convenient direct access to individual agenda items. The indexed recording will be available on the Friday following the meeting. The recording will be retained on Council's website for a period of 12 months after the date of the meeting.
