Conditions of Sponsorship

The following conditions apply to all outgoing sponsorship allocated through the Community Sponsorship Program:

• To use the sponsorship for the purpose approved;
• To notify Council and seek approval for any changes to the event for which sponsorship has been approved. If the event is cancelled or modified without approval, Council reserves the right to seek full reimbursement of funds; and
• To ensure acknowledgment of Council is included in all promotional material.
