Contracts Register
Council's Government Contracts Register records information about each government contract to which Council is a party that has a value of $150,000 or more.
Under the GIPA Act, information that is of a sensitive nature - for example, personal information - or that is considered to fall within the definition of 'commercial-in-confidence' is not to be included in a Government Contracts Register.
