Camden Contributions Plan (Amendment 1)
The Camden Contributions Plan 2011 (Amendment 1) was adopted by Council on 20 October 2023 and replaces the original Camden Contributions Plan 2011 adopted by Council in April 2012 (see Repealed Development Contribution Plans).
The primary purpose of this S7.11 Plan is to authorise the requirement for contributions to fund the provision, extension or augmentation of public amenities or public services (or towards recouping the cost of their provision, extension or augmentation).

In accordance with Clause 2.15 of the Camden Contributions Plan 2011 (Amendment 1), Council provides period updates to the Land Value Index relating to the plan.

Spring Farm Area
- LVI of Developable Land (unconstrained) is 376.00
- LVI of Developable Land (‘good') is 452.94
- LVI of Constrained or riparian land (above 1 in 100 year flood level) is 230.77
- LVI of Constrained or riparian land (Below 1 in 100 year flood level) is 250.00
Elderslie Area
- LVI of Developable Land (unconstrained) is 376.00
- LVI of Developable Land (‘good') is 452.94
- LVI of Constrained or riparian land (above 1 in 100 year flood level) is 230.77
- LVI of Constrained or riparian land (Below 1 in 100 year flood level) is 250.00
