Anyone who lives, works, or studies in the Macarthur region. Emerging to established artists, young creatives and first-time exhibitors are all welcome.

No. Artworks must be created in 2025/2026 and must not have been displayed before. 

To enter please click here you will need to upload your artwork file and complete the online submission form. You will need to provide your contact information, artwork details and a digital image of your artwork. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email and if successful for the public display in the Hidden Gems Kerbside exhibition you will receive an email after the closing date.  

Works must be in portrait or landscape orientation and provided as a high quality, 300dpi resolution jpeg image, and no more than 10MB. Note higher quality images will assist to retain the quality of your image when reproduced. 

A maximum of two (2) artwork entries per person in total. 

Yes. If your entry includes identifiable people, you must have their permission, particularly for photographs, and it is your responsibility to obtain this consent. Artists must also be culturally respectful when depicting First Nations peoples and consider cultural sensitivities, including representations of people who have passed away.  

Not all entries are guaranteed to be displayed. Entries will be reviewed against eligibility, theme, suitability for public display and technical requirements. 

The copyright of each entry submitted remains with the artist, however, but by submitting, the artist grants Camden Council permission to reproduce, crop, resize, publish and promote the artwork for the exhibition. 

Selected artworks will be reproduced and displayed in public outdoor locations across Camden including balustrades, bins and bus shelters, creating a street exhibition that celebrates local creativity and encourages the community to discover art in everyday places.
