Women In Camden And Key Local Issues Discussion Paper

Camden Council's first Women In Camden And Key Local Issues Discussion Paper was launched on 29 May 2025 by Councillor Ashleigh Cagney, Mayor of Camden.

The Paper is a research-based publication that covers issues impacting women living, working and playing in Camden and is a culmination of desktop research and information generated through a series of roundtables and surveys to provide a balanced and broad perspective on women's issues. 

The discussion paper identifies four key pillars to advance women's wellbeing in Camden including: 

• Women and Financial Security 
• Women and Community Participation 
• Women and Safety 
• Women and Access to Services
