Why is the event ticketed?

This event is ticketed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Ticketing helps us manage crowd size and safety. Thank you for your understanding and support!

When will tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on sale at 12pm Tuesday 6 May. 

How many tickets can I buy?

Maximum of 6 tickets are able to be purchased in one transaction.

What is the price of the tickets?

Adults (age 16 and over): $20
Junior (age 6-15): $10
Kids (under 6): free (but they’ll still need a ticket to ride in)

Note: as the event is an all-ages licenced event, all attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian 

What is included in the ticket?

Entry into the Boots n’ Beats event and Boots n’ Beats branded bandana on entry.

I can no longer come, can I get a refund?

A refund will be provided for cancellations by the ticket holder no less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the event start date. Users must cancel their ticket via the link in the confirmation email.

I didn't get a ticket, what can I do instead?

Please register for the waitlist via bit.ly/Boots-n-Beats-Tickets. You will be notified via email should a ticket become available.

Can I buy a ticket in person?

No, all ticket purchases must be completed via the Bookable event page here: bit.ly/Boots-n-Beats-Tickets

Do I have to get a ticket for my baby?

Yes, all individuals must have a ticket to be permitted entry into the event regardless of age. Children under the age of 6 are free however MUST hold a child ticket.

Why does the event start/finish early?

The event was moved forward this time around to allow for a more inclusive, family friendly event. By moving to an earlier start and finish it allows for families who wish to bring their children the ability to do so, and they can all enjoy the event.

Also moving to an earlier finish time was a consideration as once the sun sets the temperature tends to decrease sharply.

Can I come/go in at any time?

Yes, you can arrive at any time during the event. Your ticket will only be valid on the first entry. Should you wish to leave during the event you must obtain a wristband from the entry/exit gate to be permitted back in.

Will the event go ahead if it is raining?

In the event of inclement weather, updates will be posted on Council's Facebook page and website.

Can I bring a cabana or gazebo?

Shade structures are not permitted at this event as they will obstruct view of the stage. 

What if it rains?

Council will do everything it can to ensure the event goes head as long as it is safe to do so.

Will the event be livestreamed?

No, the event will not be livestreamed.

Will there be chairs?

There will be a variety of seating scattered throughout the event site. Attendees are also permitted to bring their own chair or blanket for seating in an allocated area.

Can I bring my dog?

Animals are not permitted inside the Venue other than guide, hearing and service assistance animals as defined under the Companion Animals Act 1998 (NSW).

Will there be food/alcohol? Can I bring my own?

There will be food trucks providing a range of food. You are also welcome to bring your own.

You will be able to purchase alcohol on the day from stallholders but cannot be brought into the event. Bag checks may be conducted by security upon entry to the venue.

What time do gates open?

Gates will open at 11.30am
