Boots n' Beats - Return and Earn Community Partnership - EOI
Return and Earn is a great way for community groups, schools, sporting clubs or charities to fundraise while helping the environment! It also promotes recycling, reduces littering, and increases the profile of these groups within the community!
Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from local community groups interested in partnering with us as the Return and Earn Community Partner at the Camden Country Music Festival, Boots n' Beats, on Saturday 14 June at Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park.
Key details of the Return and Earn community partnership with Council:
- Council will provide support and guidance to help the community group set up and run the collection point/s effectively. The community group will be responsible for setting up and managing collection point/s for eligible beverage containers at the event.
- The community group will be required to collect eligible containers and return them to a Return and Earn return point to redeem for funds.
- The community group will receive the total funds raised from the collection of eligible beverage containers.
- The community group will be required to provide feedback on their Return and Earn efforts at the event to assist Council with its reporting requirements.
If your community group is interested in partnering with Council on this initiative, please complete the form below by 5pm Friday 2 May 2025.
