EOI Business Engagement for Boots n' Beats

Camden Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Camden Town Centre businesses to be part of the Boots N' Beats festivities! The iconic Country Music Festival returns to Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park on Saturday, 14 June 2025, 12 pm–6 pm, with over 15,000 attendees expected.

Leverage the hype for your business!

Promote a pre- or post-event deal, activity, or incentive to encourage visitors to shop, eat, and explore locally. Council will help spread the word through official event marketing.

What you need to do:

Commit to offering a promotion, activity, deal or incentive with a Country Vibe.
Use your social media platforms and marketing channels to promote your incentives in the lead up to the event.

What Camden Council will do:

Council staff will contact you in the lead up to the event to confirm your promotion, activity, deal or incentive.
Provide participating businesses with a branded Boots n’ Beats flyer to display with QR code linking to the listed offerings.
The incentives will be promoted on the events Facebook page and Boots n' Beats webpage.

1. What incentives or activities could I offer?

Examples of incentives or activities* can include, but not be limited to:

Boots n' Beats ticket holder discount, e.g. 10% off main meal or drink
Promote pre- event or post-event breakfast/dinner specials (this year the event is from 12pm-6pm, perfect opportunity for attendees to wander into town for a coffee before or dinner after!)
Free garlic bread/sides when ordering a main meal
Host a country music themed activity or event, e.g. live country music after party, cowboy hat decorating workshop
Complimentary item, eg. Spend over $100 and receive a free tote bag
Social media incentives – theme your shopfront and have a photo competition
Pre-order takeaway and have it delivered to the event
Themed menu

*Please note it is the responsibility of each business to ensure their offering/activity is permitted under their relevant approvals & licensing.

2. Is there a cost to participate? Council will not charge any fees for businesses in this program. The program is designed to support the local economy by encouraging visitation and engagement with local business.

3. Can I opt out at any time? Yes. Send an email to business@camden.com.au to advise that you no longer wish to participate.

4. Do I have to offer a discount? No. See the suggestions above or contact the Economy & Place Team to discuss ideas.
