Planning Proposal (Rezoning) Pre-Lodgement Meeting Form

Camden Council’s Planning Proposal Pre-Lodgement service provides an opportunity for Council staff to discuss and give preliminary advice on a proposed Planning Proposal and/or new Development Control Plan. Formal correspondence is then provided outlining any issues which need to be addressed prior to lodgement of a Planning Proposal or Development Control Plan application.

This application requires a completed form, relevant supporting information and payment of a $1,650 pre-lodgement application fee. (Planning Proposal only)

Payment can be made by credit card (Council's Customer Relations Team will telephone you to obtain your credit card payment) or by cheque made payable to: Camden Council.
