National Child Protection Week 2023
National Child Protection Week 2023, held from 3 - 9 September, helps raise awareness of child abuse prevention and promote a safe and supported life for every child.
The activities held within this week aim to engage, educate, and empower Australians to understand the complexity of child abuse and neglect and highlight how we can all work together to prevent it.
What can you do to get involved in Camden?
Visit Camden Libraries to participate in National Child Protection Week activities
Camden Libraries will display copies of themed books and provide take-home activities for children and families, including NAPCAN's Child Protection Week Activity Booklet and colouring sheet.

Join in at Julia Reserve Youth Drop-Ins
Julia Reserve will host a series of craft afternoons centered around the National Child Protection Week 2023 theme, "Where we start matters", as part of their regular drop-in program. Come along! No bookings required.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 3.30-5.30pm
