Local Produce: we source as much as we can locally, picking up lettuce & other vegetables from the Camden Grower's market. Our beef is grass-fed & sourced from local farms and our bacon comes from not only Australian pigs, but they're locals too (& nitrate free).
House Made Buns: we knead the dough, proof, hand cut & roll the buns, proof again and then bake. Some days we bake not only in the morning but the afternoon also.
From Scratch: not only do we bake our own buns, but we make pretty much all of the sauces, pickles, relishes & jams that go on our burgers. All of our milkshake syrups are also made by us (we don't do the store bought pump action style). We know you'll taste the difference.
