NEW Waste Collection Days

Due to the growth the Camden Local Government Area is experiencing, and to ensure efficiencies in our waste collection service, Council will be changing waste collection days for many residents.

Over 21,000 properties will be impacted by this change. Impacted properties will receive a letter from Council outlining the changes.

Why are the changes happening?

  • The large change is due to rapid growth across the local government area;
  • The changes will ensure an even spread of collections across the week; and
  • The new collection routes consider future growth precincts such as Bringelly and Leppington.

Is my waste collection day changing?

Affected residents will be receiving a letter from Council. A reminder letter will also be delivered approximately two weeks prior to the new collection days.

You can type your address into the box on the map below to see if your collection day is changing.
