Catherine Field Precinct

The primary purpose of this Plan is to authorise the requirement for contributions to be made towards either or both:

  • The provision, extension or augmentation of local infrastructure only where development is likely to require the provision of or increase the demand for local infrastructure; and
  • The recoupment of the cost of providing existing local infrastructure within the area to which this Plan applies

  • LVI of developable land (premium) as at September 2021 is 336.36
  • LVI of developable land (good but with issues that require remedy) as at September 2021 is 317.65
  • LVI of non-developable land (above 1 in 100 year flood level) as at September 2021 is 230.77
