Camden Growth Areas Contributions Plan - Amendment 1

The Camden Growth Area Contributions Plan - Amendment 1 applies to the following growth area precincts:

  • Leppington

  • Leppington North

The Camden Growth Areas Contributions Plan – Amendment 1 enables Council to levy contributions on development within the Leppington and Leppington North precincts. The contributions collected will enable Council to deliver $718M worth of essential infrastructure including Open Space, Transport and Drainage that will service the community and assist the area in the transition from a rural residential area to a major town centre.

The Camden Growth Area Contributions Plan was amended to make the recommended changes identified through the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) and Department of Planning & Environment review.


Camden Growth Areas Land Value Index (LVI)

In accordance with Clause 5.3.1 of the Camden Growth Areas Contributions Plan, Council has updated the Land Value Index (LVI) relating to the plan.
