Rates Payment Options

Camden Council offers residents and ratepayers a number of ways to pay their rates annually or quarterly. Payment options are listed below:

Online

  • Council's eServices - Payments can be made by Mastercard or Visa only.  A credit card surcharge will apply.
  • Australia Post Billpay - Payments can be made by Mastercard or Visa only.  A credit card surcharge will apply.
  • BPay - Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your selected account (including credit cards). Biller code: 999912

  • BPay View - If you are registered with Bpay View you can have this notice sent straight to your online or mobile bank so you can view, pay and store it, 24 hours a day. The BPay View Registration Number can be found on the front of your rate notice.

  • Direct Debit - If you wish to pay your rates via direct debit complete the Direct Debit Request Form and mail to:

Phone

  • Post BillPay - 13 18 16. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Mastercard or Visa. A credit card surcharge will apply. 

  • Camden Council - 13 CAMDEN (13 226 336). Available Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. Payments can be made by Mastercard or Visa only.  A credit card surcharge will apply. 

Mail

Rate payments only. No receipt will be issued.

Cheques should be made payable to Camden Council and attached to the deposit slip portion of your rate notice. Your payment should be mailed to:

In Person

  • Camden Council - Pay in person at our administration building. Payments can be made by EFTPOS, cheque, credit card (Mastercard or Visa only). A surcharge will apply to credit card payments. 

    • Camden Council Administration Office, 70 Central Avenue, Oran Park between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Australia Post - Take the whole rate notice to any Australia Post Office to pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. A credit card surcharge will apply for payments made by credit card only.
  • Commonwealth Bank - Take the whole rate notice with the deposit slip portion at the bottom completed to the Commonwealth Bank branch of your choice. Payment can be made at other banks, but a transfer fee may apply.
