Winterfest Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Camden Council employees, volunteers, contractors, consultants, Committee members, their families and household members are ineligible to enter.

Format: Must be submitted as a comment on the Facebook post.

Number of entries: Only one entry per person will be accepted. Subsequent entries from the same person will be deemed invalid entries.

1. Competition opens Friday 18 June 2021 and closes 11.59pm on Sunday 20 June 2021.

2. Camden Council reserves the right to change the opening dates and times of this competition without notice.

3. Camden Council reserves the right to disqualify any contestant at its sole discretion if it is of the reasonable opinion that he/she has breached the terms and conditions or acted inappropriately in any way.

4. Winners will be announced on Council’s Facebook page by 22 June 2021 and winners will be individually contacted.

5. The decision of Council is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Camden Council cannot be held responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries and no compensation will be offered in the event of any technological or other malfunction with the Camden Council website or social media accounts that may adversely affect an entrant or their entry.

7. By entering this competition, entrants agree to indemnify Camden Council, including its employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability, damage, claim of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to their participation in this competition (or the participation of the person under the age of 18 for whom they are a parent or legal guardian).

8. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced by Camden Council.

9. Prizes are not negotiable, exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
