Public Spaces Legacy Program

The program provides funding to Councils for the planning, design, construction or land acquisition costs for new and existing public open spaces. Further information on the program is available on DPIE’s NSW Public Spaces Legacy Program webpage.

Councils participating in the program are to demonstrate improvements in development assessment timeframes.
