Gledswood Hills

DA/2020/202/1, Gledswood Hills Entertainment Precinct at 1-9 Providence Drive. Capital investment value of $63.8 million.

DA/2020/721/1, Mixed use commercial development at 3, 5 and 7 Digitaria Drive. Capital investment value of $32.2 million.

DA/2021/1737/1, Mixed use commercial development at 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 Holborn Circuit. Capital investment value of $59.4 million.

 

Gregory Hills

DA/2022/371/1, Mixed use commercial development at 28-36 Lasso Road. Capital investment value of $34.1 million.

DA/2022/860/1, Alterations and additions to Oran Park Anglican College  at 60 Central Avenue. Capital investment value of $6.4 million.

 

Smeaton Grange
