Can I submit a hard copy application?

Applicants are encouraged to submit their application via Council's website.

I don’t have access to a computer. Where can I submit my application?

All Camden Council libraries have public access computers with internet access and trained staff who are happy to assist you.

Please check the opening times of our Libraries. We suggest that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

In addition, Council's Customer Service Centres at Oran Park have a PC that can be used by members of the public:
