Oran Park and Turner Road Precincts Land Value Index 11 September 2012
In accordance with Clause 2.14.2 of the Oran Park and Turner Road Contributions Plan, Council has updated the Land Value Index (LVI) relating to the plan. The updated Land Values Index as at 11 September 2012 are outlined below:

LVI of non developable land as at 11 September 2012 is 100.0
Turner Road Precinct
LVI of Developable Land as at 11 September 2012 is 110.5.
