Go to Australia Post Billpay, www.postbillpay.com.au and payment can be made direct from your bank account or by credit card. A credit card surcharge may be incurred.
For BPay payments contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your selected account. Credit cards not accepted.

Take the whole rate notice to any Australia Post Office to pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. A credit card surcharge may be incurred.
At the Commonwealth Bank - ALL BRANCHES
Take the whole rate notice with the deposit slip portion at the bottom filled in to the Commonwealth Bank branch of your choice. Payment can be made at other banks but a transfer fee may apply.
