
Macarthur Area Assistance Scheme (MACAAS)The Area Assistance Scheme is an annual grants program that funds projects that improve community infrastructure. The scheme is a partnership between the NSW Government, local Councils and the community and focuses on areas that are experiencing significant social and economic stress and change.
