Once again the Camden Chamber of Commerce and Industry will present Light up Camden, for the first time ever on a Saturday. The event will have all the entertainment, fun and activities the family can handle with the event expected to be bigger and better than ever before. Kicking off at 4pm right through until 9pm following the lighting of the christmas tree and fireworks. Whether its chilling out to a blues band, watching a school perform on stage or enjoying some great rock music there is something for everyone. If you feel like getting involved you can learn how to belly dance or take it up a notch with Zumba Demonstrations. If it's rides you're looking for, Side Show Alley located in John Street will have lots to choose from. Many of our local Primary & High Schools will provide a range of entertainment on the night at the School Performance stage. There will be lots of Colour & Glitter and great performances from our local schools. If its great food you're after, there will be lots of food stalls available, plus Camden has an array of restaurants and cafes, but this is their busiest night so book early!!!
