Accessing Information in the Disclosure Log and Government Contracts Register

Council's Disclosure Log of Applications discloses information that has been released under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA) which may be of significant interest to the public. 

Council's Disclosure Log of Applications records the determination date, a brief description of the information, whether the information is available and, if so, how to access the information. A copy of Council's Disclosure Log can be accessed on the link below.

Council is also to keep a public register of any government contract that records information about each government contract to which Council is a party that has a value of $150,000 or more.  The Government Contracts Register can also be accessed on the link below.

Under GIPAA, information that is of a sensitive nature, (for example personal information) or considered commercial-in-confidence will be removed from the documents prior to their release.

To obtain copies of any of the release documents shown in Council's Disclosure Log or Council's Contracts Registerwhich are not available on Council's website, you can either:
