All meetings of Council are open to the public and residents are welcome to attend. The Mayor leads the Council Meeting and follows the procedures of how these meetings should be run. The General Manager and senior staff are also present to give explanations or information to Council. Other Council staff may also attend Council Meetings to answer questions and explain reports.
