It is Camden Council's objective to provide opportunities for all Camden residents to embrace Camden's culture and sense of Community.

Council endevours to do this by promoting a variety of lifestyle options, improve the well-being of the community by ensuring access to a range of facilities and services, and recognise and support cultural diversity. 

Council also endeavours to provide quality urban and landscape design to enhance qaulity of life and community safety, and develop landscapes and infastructure which promote a sense of community and local identity.
