Situated in the heart of Historic Camden the Camden Civic Centre is the ideal venue for every occasion. Fully licensed to cater to your every need the Centre prides itself on its level of catering excellence. The Gold Licensed Catering Team offers a complete range of affordable refreshments, tailoring packages to suit the individual needs of our clients.

Our professional staff specialise in the co-ordination of Garden Weddings & Receptions, Live Entertainment, Conventions & Training Seminars, Cocktail Parties, 21st’s, Public Forums, Balls and Special Occasion celebrations, offering professional advice and assistance to ensure you are happy with your event.

Now in the 18th year of trade the venue offers you a modern, spacious facility, choosing from the Ferguson Gallery, Macarthur Room or Foyer Area. The Camden Civic Centre is a smoke free, air-conditioned venue.

The Ferguson Gallery: for the most intimate affair
The room comfortably provides for as few as ten or as many as 150 guests. The Gallery’s features include central parquetry dance floor, carpeted outer floor, fairy lights, bunting on the ceiling, portable sound system, basic technological equipment & walls adorned by the Camden Art Prize Collection. It is the perfect setting for an intimate wedding reception, or the combination of business and pleasure on a training day.

The Macarthur Auditorium: for the grandest occasion
The room comfortably provides for as few as twenty to as many as 650 guests. The Auditorium was originally designed as a theatre, it has a full size stage, dressing rooms, theatrical lighting, sound and lighting equipment, bunting on the ceiling, polished timber floors and Camden Art Prize collection adorning the walls. This area is perfect for trade exhibitions and live entertainment.

The Foyer: spacious, modern and elegant
The Foyer provides a generous area for the pre dinner gathering of guests. Suited also to smaller exhibitions/displays, meetings and cocktail parties.

The Memorial Garden: offers a lovely setting for photographs or a simple garden wedding.
