If you have any further enquiries, please contact Council's Customer Service Officers on (02) 4654 7777.

Cats

Cats born after the 1 July 1999 (as with all dogs) must now be lifetime registered under the Companion Animals Act 1998. The new registration system means you only have to register your animal once for the life of your animal. Prior to being registered, all animals must be microchipped so if your animal gets lost it can be reunited with you.
