Reconciliation Week gives Council and the community an opportunity to focus on reconciliation, to hear about the culture and history of Australia's Indigenous people, and to explore new and better ways of meeting challenges in our communities. National Reconciliation Week is a time for us to renew our commitment to reconciliation and to reflect on achievements so far and what must still be done to achieve reconciliation.

The Mygunyah Camden Aboriginal Residents Group aims to raise the profile and awareness of Aboriginal people and culture in the Camden local area. The group meets to connect socially and to discuss local issues that impact on Aboriginal people. Mygunyah Camden meets every month and welcomes new members.
