Note: On 1 September 2015, the regulatory and insurance functions of WorkCover were assumed by three new discrete organisations: the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) for workers compensation regulation: SafeWork NSW for work health and safety regulation; and Insurance and Care NSW (icare) for workers compensation insurance. The information on the WorkCover website is still relevant and new websites will be made available by the NSW Government in the coming months.
